We are involved in a multi-year Greenfield transition to SAP S/4 HANA across North and Latin America, modernizing a legacy mainframe system. Through the adept usage of SAP BTP and Fiori, among other tools, we helped facilitate user adoption and streamline change management. Our involvement spanned the strategy, design of the solution, execution, rollout, and support, ensuring a successful implementation that positioned the customer for future growth.
S/4 HANA on RISE, BTP
As part of a broader SAP Digital Transformation, we executed a multi-year rollout to unify various manufacturing plants under a single S/4 Private Cloud infrastructure. Covering almost the entire gamut of SAP’s manufacturing, shop floor and logistics solutions, the project featured the extensive use of SAP Fiori for complex functions, alongside strategic integration of RF devices and tablets mounted on forklifts. We also enhanced real-time analytics capabilities through SAP Analytics Cloud, enabling self-service insights across the organization. This successful initiative spanned multiple sites throughout North America, significantly improving operational efficiency.
S/4 HANA onPrem, BTP, SAC
In a non-S/4 landscape, we implemented state-of-the-art SAP Fiori applications within an SAP ECC system. This project showcased the versatility of SAP Fiori, enabling essential plant maintenance operations such as equipment inspections, work order management, and inventory tracking through tablets and smartphones. The solution provided seamless connectivity and extensibility, making it a solid foundation for a future upgrade to S/4 HANA when the customer is ready.

In a strategic initiative, we consolidated a heterogeneous landscape of competing data warehousing platforms into SAP DataSphere and Analytics Cloud. This consolidation allowed for better alignment with SAP S/4 HANA, simplifying data access and reducing licensing costs significantly. By creating a unified data environment, we enabled the customer to leverage real-time analytics, improving decision-making capabilities and operational insights.

We are currently executing several pilot projects within a customer’s SAP S/4 Private Cloud landscape, focusing on the strategic adoption of SAP Generative AI. Our customer transitioned their SAP Basis and Security operations in-house from an external service provider. We facilitated this change by assembling a skilled team of professionals to help integrate their ECC landscape and prepare for an upcoming S/4 upgrade. This strategic move not only enhanced their control over critical systems but also positioned them for a smoother transition to S/4 HANA, with our ongoing support ensuring a successful upgrade process.
